Let's face it: traffic in Maryland is only getting worse. Legislators in Annapolis must keep their focus on solving this problem. Some of my transportation proposals include:

  • Review licensing requirements, specifically vision tests
  • Support cost-effective, affordable methods of new public transit options
  • Incentivize in-state contracts for new road construction
  • Find new ways to cut costs through spending by expanding the ability for private companies to perform small management tasks, such as painting lines.

Moving Maryland forward must be a top priority. Easing traffic congestion through bold new initiatives is one way we can ensure Maryland's ongoing status as a lead innovator. If cost-effective methods of implementation can be found, Maryland Can and Should build the Maglev train.
